What routine cleaning doesn't cover
Routine visits maintain the surfaces you use every day. They don't include the detail work your deep clean handled — baseboards, above cupboards, behind furniture, exhaust fans and filters, inside the microwave. Most clients book a deep clean once or twice a year alongside their routine schedule to reset those areas. We'll flag it when we think your home is due.

What Routine Cleaning Costs
One-time cleaning starts at $39 per hour. Routine visits are priced below that, and the rate depends on your home's size, the number of bathrooms, and how often we visit — more frequent schedules cost less per visit. You'll have your recurring rate in writing before the first visit, and it doesn't change without you agreeing to it.

A first visit to a home that hasn't been professionally cleaned takes far longer than a routine visit, so charging routine rates for it wouldn't be fair to either of us. One deep clean gets you to the baseline, then routine keeps you there.
Bi-weekly suits most homes. Go weekly if you have kids, pets, or several people home during the day. Monthly works well for condos, smaller homes and single occupants. You can change frequency at any point.
That's what we aim for, and it's usually what happens. Someone who already knows your home works faster and misses less. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we'll send someone briefed on your home's notes.
No. There's no minimum term. Skip a visit, shift the day, pause while you travel, or stop entirely — we just ask for reasonable notice so we can reallocate the slot.
No. Most recurring clients give us a key, code or lockbox and go about their day. Our cleaners are background-checked and we're fully insured.
Clear the surfaces you want cleaned — countertops, tables, floors. We're cleaning, not tidying, so the more that's put away, the more of your visit goes toward actual cleaning.
